After completing a Commercial Media degree at Westminster University in London, Kristofer has worked in Europe, Africa and Asia on various projects, including Kenya's first independent radio station - Capital FM. In Australia, he was an ADMA awards finalist in 2006 for his copywriting work, and launched Dream Alliances Media, who publish ymi magazine. In 2007, they won the NSW/ACT Small Business Champion Award for New Business.

Kris is also a journalist and published writer, and teaches a Diploma of Marketing at the Australian Academy of Commerce in Sydney. He is also currently General Manager of GoFundraise, an online fundraising solutions provider for charities, and President of Lead The Way.
